A consultation is the first step in which we can connect online or face to face to discuss your presenting issues and way forward .Its an opportunity for you to ask me any questions related to the modalities, the approach and plan of therapy. We also use this time to discuss your requirements better; so I can tailor a therapy plan that is best suited for your goals.
